Shipping Rates and Information

Orders will then be promptly shipped via USPS Priority Mail (unless otherwise noted. 

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to GratitudeJoy Candle shipping policies

Notification of lost items must be received within 15 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail. Please notify GratitudeJoy immediately if you received products damaged during shipment.  Never throw away packing materials and boxes until instructed to do so by GratitudeJoy customer service.

When do we ship?

We ship during normal operational days (Mon-Fri) In-stock items are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days after the receipt of your order.  During Holidays, you should expect delays as we are closed on most major Holidays.  Please note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.  You will be notified by phone or e-mail within 36 hours of receipt of your order if there will be a delay.  If you order an item that is temporarily sold out at the time you placed your order, we will place your order on hold and ship it complete once this item is back in stock.  Please make sure you provide us with a daytime phone number and an accurate e-mail address.

In the contiguous 48 United States, Best Rate Shipping is FREE on all orders above $50.00.

Summer Shipping Schedule

Many of the products sold by GratitudeJoy are temperature sensitive and can be damaged during the extreme summer heat.  In order to ensure your order is free of damage, temperature-sensitive products will only ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.  This is required to ensure orders are not sitting in non-climate control facilities during shipping.  All other products that are not affected by temperature will ship Monday-Friday as normal.
